Here is another sneak peek of a beautiful art quilt sent in for the exhibit. This one is from Carol Ann Waugh and honors Project Angel Heart.

Artist statement: Project Angel Heart promotes the health, dignity and self-sufficiency of people living with HIV/AIDS, cancer and other life-threatening illnesses by providing nutritous, home-delivered meals with care and compassion.
I was a volunteer driver to deliver these meals for about a year and as I rang the bell to deliver the meals, I will never forget the look of hope and gratitude on the faces of the people who received the food. Project Angel Heart relies on many volunteers to cook and deliver meals. In 2006, 4,000 volunteers prepared, packaged, and delivered 318,627 meals to 1,392 clients. Together, these people combine into one voice to truly make a tangible difference in people's lives every day.
